The firm has working and practical knowledge of Capital Markets and corporate governance; it is one of the first categories of law firms to be registered by Securities and Exchange Commission
➢ The firm is headed by a lawyer who as was actively involved in Shareholders’ issues and was a former Arbitrator/ judge of The Investments and Securities Tribunal thus having a practical, professional and judicial knowledge of issues in Securities and Investments Industry.
